Man I busted it out today:
2 mile run, which in the middle has the gnarliest set of stairs. Im proud to say that I jogged most of those for the first time with out dieing (YES!!).

Then, when I got back I flipped my giant tire 5 times, then did 10 handstand push ups with my feet resting (like jack knife position), on the tire. I am still practicing those, so it helps to scale it down a bit. I did 3 rounds of that.
Followed up by a Bodyrock work out, that killed me:
Set your interval timer to 12 rounds of 50 seconds work with a 10 second rest – You will complete the following 4 exercises three times through.
1) Walking pushup with Jump Tuck
2) Low Jack Pull Up
3) Ugi Side Plank Pick Up- Using The Ugi ball ( i used med. ball instead)
5) Core Balance <—- basically inverted push up, and then extend opp.arm and leg
(I put my feet up on some stairs )
And finally after killing myself, i did three 50/10 rounds of lay down get up with the med. ball in my hand, starting laying flat, ball over head and basically with good form and no hands stand up. Last but not least some ab work………
Now I’m waiting on my turkey meatloaf and roasted potatoes before I hit the couch

Took me 20 minutes………not sure if that is good or bad, but i know it was ugly hahaha. Train Dirty……yep that was sweaty, heart pumping good time. Followed by a nice quick mile run. And a nice session with the foam roller.
One of my old co workers emailed me today, she had seen the b4 and after pics. I posted last week. She asked how i did it. I don’t think people realize that you just have to do it! It has never been easy nor will it ever be finished. We all know you have to keep going, you have to be aware, but most of all you have to really want it!! Oh and eating right and drinking lots of water helps too (hee hee).
I will say it has been nice to have people compliment me, and be surprised. The fact that most people including my self really didn’t notice much of a change on my small frame. I highly suggest everyone should do before and after photos, it really does let you see for yourself the changes you have made.
TODAYS WORK OUT
I am going to do this video, except for the bag toss, I just dont have the right equipment for that one. But I can make up the rest. And After that if I have any thing left to give….(PMS)….. I will try to pound out this crossfit for time, let’s see how it all goes!!
I am marinating some chicken for the barbie tonight probably enjoy some spinach salad too! Oh and also I tried the Bolthouse mocha today with protein …..very good Im really starting to like these Bolthouse people. Great drinks. Try one and enjoy!!!!
Well that was…….omg! SWEAT IT OUT! That bodyrock was intense and totally worked me out! Followed it with
only two rounds of the handstand series. I was beat. But i did manage to skip some rope for an additional 5 minutes, I wanted that CARDIO burn! I did one round of the handstands using a wall and the second set with out, 10 seconds seems like a life time when you are upside down haha! but it is great to practice controlled movement on the way down into the jackknife I highly recommend trying that one out!
