Just finished this work out, it got me into a full sweat. I had just completed some yard work,(lifting heavy things), as a warm up. After I logged onto bodyrock, and the only thing they had was a fitness test repeat for week two…I was over that!
So I went onto my new favorite workout site! I love this because I can do it along with them, keeps you motivated! Air squats are killer and I love the tuck jumps for my abs!! (Think abs when you are pulling your legs up!)
Then I hit the backyard and did 3 rounds of 20pound kettle bell swings x 20, then ten walking lunges with 20pound weight on alternating shoulders, the last round I held the med. ball over my head!
And finally I ran around my block as fast as I could which is 0.4 mile or about 643 meters. and is just about all incline. WHEW!!! Now I’m going to devourer some wheat pasta and marinara sauce!
